Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates effectively with customers through various channels
- Answer participant questions and provide detailed information
What are we looking for?
- High School Graduate/Senior High School with BPO experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- No experience required for college graduates
- Comfortable working onsite with computer-based applications
- Living at least 35km away from the site
