Caldwell Communications is seeking candidates for the position of Content Moderator. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues effectively.
- Match customer demands to our offerings.
- Influence customers for buy-in.
- Share information with clients.
