Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Knowledgeable with social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for promotional campaigns.
- Handle escalations from social media for timely customer issue resolution.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
