Job Description

Position Overview: As a Content Moderator, you will collaborate with customer service and technical teams to ensure a positive user experience and address content-related issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and escalate policy-violating content.
- Provide constructive explanations to users regarding moderation decisions.
- Document incidents for accurate record-keeping.
- Review the effectiveness of content moderation tools.
