Job Description
SGS Sapient – BPO Global Hub is urgently hiring Content Moderators! Enjoy a one-day hiring process and earn up to Php 28,00 monthly. Our Metro sites are looking for dedicated individuals to work with our customer service and technical support teams, ensuring a positive user experience.
Position Overview: You’ll identify and escalate content violations, explain moderation decisions constructively, document incidents, and continually assess moderation processes.
