Job Description
SGS Sapient, a leading BPO Global hub, is urgently hiring Content Moderators! Enjoy a one-day hiring process and the opportunity to earn up to 28k monthly. You will collaborate closely with customer service and technical support teams to ensure a positive user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and escalate content that violates policies.
- Explain moderation decisions constructively to users.
- Document incidents for record-keeping and improvement.
- Review content moderation processes regularly.
