Job Description

SGS – Sapient Call Center is urgently hiring Content Moderators! Enjoy a one-day hiring process and earn up to Php 28,00 monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.

Position Overview:

Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive user experience. Key responsibilities include identifying policy violations, explaining moderation decisions to users, documenting incidents, and reviewing moderation processes.
