Job Description
A Content Moderator Support Staff is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of content published on various platforms. As a support staff, your main role will be to review and moderate user-generated content according to the established guidelines and policies.
You will be responsible for identifying and removing any inappropriate or harmful content, such as hate speech, violence, or graphic material. Additionally, you will provide support to users by addressing their queries and concerns regarding content moderation.
To excel in this role, you should have strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will be collaborating with the content moderation team and interacting with users.
