Job Description
TeleCaldwell Careers is seeking a dedicated Content Moderator to join our team. This full-time position offers an attractive benefits package, including a competitive salary, comprehensive HMO with two free dependents starting on Day One, and various shift options to suit your lifestyle.
In this role, you will adhere to standard operating procedures, effectively escalate priority issues, and strive for customer satisfaction through one-call resolutions. We welcome candidates with or without prior BPO experience, provided they hold at least a high school diploma or are ALS graduates.
The monthly salary ranges from Php20,00.00 to Php30,00.00, along with additional benefits such as paid training, life and retirement insurance, and potential for career advancement.
