Job Description
TeleCaldwell Careers is pleased to announce a job opening for the position of Content Moderator. We provide a competitive salary, health maintenance organization (HMO) coverage with two free dependents starting on Day One, and retirement/life insurance for eligible team members.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for adhering to operational protocols, escalating issues as needed, ensuring resolutions with a single call, and conducting troubleshooting.
Qualifications: Candidates must be high school graduates or possess an Alternative Learning System (ALS) diploma with outstanding communication skills. Experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php29,00.00/month
