Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates with customers to take care of concerns
- Answer participant questions to achieve full understanding of critical information
What are we looking for?
- High School Graduate/Senior High School with BPO experience
- Must have strong English communication skills
- Open to candidates who completed college with no experience required
- Can work onsite with computer-based applications
- At least 35km away from the site
