Job Description

· Resource is based in PH but will support a newly launched client in Honduras and Jamaica

· Will report to the Training & Quality Director for PH

· This is an individual contributor role

· Critical qualifications:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in process excellence with a year of managerial experience
  • Industry experience is a must
  • Preferably Black belt certified; min. greenbelt certification (black/green belt trained not allowed)
  • Preferably with experience in managing stakeholders remotely (doing process excellence)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Night shift

Experience:

  • Business Excellence: 1 year (Required)
  • Cost reduction: 1 year (Required)
  • Continuous Improvement: 1 year (Required)
  • Process excellence: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification (Required)
