Qualifications:
- At least graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business administration, aviation management or equivalent related degree.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Continuous Improvement.
- A background and experience in the Aircraft Line and/or Base Maintenance Industry is a definite advantage.
- Excellent in business analysis and judgement; translate results into numbers and solutions.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for determining high value solutions to operational problems.
- Review and implement innovative technologies to improve business processes.
- Identify problems and constraints in the business and understand management solutions that will generate value for the customers.
- Develops and maintains awareness/understanding of the market, competitors, trends, and products.
- Drive process improvements and ensure that process or procedure changes are communicated.
- Engages with senior management regarding the strategic activities for revenue and profitability growth of the business.
- Provide strategic recommendations to management based on market trend and best practices.
