Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Experience in Aircraft Line/Base Maintenance Industry is an advantage.
- Excellent business analysis and judgement skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify high-value solutions to operational problems.
- Implement innovative technologies for business process improvement.
- Provide strategic recommendations to management.
