Job Description
- Basic knowledge on Industrial Engineering/ Process Excellence/ Problem Solving tools; with experience is a plus.
- Maps and analyzes process data and identify ways to optimize capacity, reduce waste, improve work flow, increase efficiency, and reduce cost.
- Performs Work Standard Measurements (TMS, Work Sampling, Predetermined Time Study).
- Monitor the implementation of improvement initiatives that reduce waste and non-value added activities.
- Creates measurement tools to track performance and improvement sustainability.
- Works with SC Management to identify and spearhead projects in line with company objectives.
- Leads in setting up of Operations Reviews for all sections of Supply Chain Department.
- Leads and/or provides guidance in conducting Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Operations Reviews at DC level.
- Facilitates Problem Solving trainings and activities.
- Provides assistance to Supply Chain Operations during audits.
- Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to stay apprised of new developments in the field.
- Participates in the preparation, execution, and monitoring of ISO 9001 related matters.
- Leads the Continuous Improvement Lead Monthly to align such directives from the top management.
- Implement the quality reviews and meetings among DCs.
- Aligns key performance indicators within the organization thru KPI Mapping.
- Conduct and Execute Process Audit Site based on the standard processes and General instruction.
- Conduct Audit related to BEI Structure and Practices using culture and structure assessment checklist.
- Conduct Goal Alignment training and cascade to employees to further understand the concept of Goal alignment.
- Perform Process Mapping and remove redundancies and unnecessary activities.
- Examines the unique needs and concerns of a business to develop relevant practices and procedures for preparing business reports in collaborating with Operations.
