Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Analyst to join our team in the BPO retail sector. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing contractual agreements with clients, suppliers, and vendors. Your main objective will be to ensure compliance with legal requirements and minimize risks while maximizing business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze contract terms, conditions, and clauses to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Identify potential risks, conflicts, and gaps in contracts and propose appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and establish contractual agreements.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Provide guidance on contract management best practices and assist in training team members on contract-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
