Job Description
Canon is seeking a dedicated Contract Management Officer to join our team. The essential duties of this role include managing contracts, maintaining contract information in our system, preparing customer communication regarding warranty expiry, developing documentation and records, managing emails, and preparing invoices. The officer will also participate in cross-training and communicate effectively with team members to foster positive relationships.
Qualifications include a college degree in any discipline with relevant work experience, intermediate computer skills, proficiency in MS Office, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
