Job Description
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contract process. This includes reviewing and negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining accurate contract documentation.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve any issues that may arise. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include preparing contract documents, analyzing contract performance, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Experience in contract management and a solid understanding of legal terminology are preferred.
