Job Description
Are you a skilled attorney with a strong background in contract law? We are currently seeking a Contracts Attorney to join our growing legal team.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and drafting various types of contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring legal compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful contract negotiations and manage contract renewals. Additionally, you will provide legal advice and support on contract-related matters.
Requirements:
- Law degree and active bar membership
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract law
- Strong understanding of contract principles and legal terminology
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
