Job Description
A Contracts Paralegal is responsible for assisting in the preparation, review, and management of legal contracts and agreements. They work closely with attorneys to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, summarizing contract terms and conditions, drafting contract templates, and maintaining a database of executed contracts. The Contracts Paralegal also assists in negotiating contract terms, coordinating revisions, and facilitating contract execution.
Additionally, they collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues, provide legal advice as needed, and handle contract administration tasks, such as tracking contract deadlines and renewals.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and management of legal contracts and agreements
