Job Description

Operational Accounting | Cost Accounting

|–REMOTE POSITION–| Must be able to work US PST zone hours

Daily accounting, Cost Accounting, managing inventory ERP systems, full-service accounts receivable (invoice to collection), full-service accounts payable (bill processing to payment), bank feed monitoring and accounting, vendor management and communication, customer management, and communication, payroll management, payroll accounting, light HR management, inventory accounting, fixed assets accounting, budget coordination, process, and procedure development, equity management, other specific operational accounting, and finance tasks.

Compliance

All monthly filings, sales tax filings, 1099 filings, income tax filing liaison, direct communication with local/state/federal agencies.

Reporting

Monthly financials, investor reporting, bank reporting, monthly CFO/CEO briefs.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field and/or CPA
• Broad accounting and financial management background with at least 5 years of commensurate experience.
• Technical and comprehensive knowledge of all finance, financial planning, accounting, modeling, analytics, and tax areas of a business including an excellent understanding of GAAP. Knowledge in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Advanced level of proficiency with Excel.
• Must be efficient with strong attention to detail.
• Must have strong skills in organization and planning of allocated staff resources, demonstrated ability to work independently, and exercise sound judgment and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php110,00.00 per month
