We are seeking a Controlling Analyst to monitor financial performance, prepare variance analyses, support budgeting and forecasting, and produce management reporting that informs decision-making. The role requires strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
- Key responsibilities: monthly close support, cost control, KPI tracking, variance investigation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, minimum 2 years of experience in financial controlling, advanced Excel and ERP skills, and clear communication abilities.
