Job Description

As a Convenience Store Crew member, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and providing excellent service to customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, handling transactions, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide recommendations as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods in accordance with store policies.
• Receive and unpack merchandise shipments.
• Stock shelves, racks, and displays with products, ensuring proper organization and presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low-stock items to management.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous convenience store experience is an advantage
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Willing to for extended periods and working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: From Php520.00 per day
