Job Description
We are seeking a Convenience Store Manager for our 7-Eleven location. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, controlling inventory, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring financial performance. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, possess effective training capabilities, and implement successful sales strategies.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, proven experience in store management, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must be willing to work in San Pedro, Laguna, and be available to start immediately.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00, along with additional benefits.
