Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conversion Specialist who specializes in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. As a Conversion Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our clients in successfully transitioning to a new ERP system and ensuring the smooth and efficient transfer of data from their existing systems.
Your role will involve analyzing and understanding our clients’ current systems and data structures, designing and implementing conversion strategies, and managing the entire conversion process. You will collaborate closely with project managers, IT teams, and end-users to ensure all requirements are met and any potential issues are addressed.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, including handling data conversions
- In-depth knowledge of various ERP platforms and strong proficiency in ERP modules such as finance, manufacturing, and supply chain management
- Expertise in data analysis, mapping, and cleansing techniques
- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
