Job Description
Hawker Chan is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our bustling roasting section. In this role, you will assist in the preparation and handling of various meats, including soy chicken, pork, and duck, all while maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support roasting cooks with daily operations.
- Prepare ingredients and ensure equipment cleanliness.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist with inventory management and food storage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience is necessary, but kitchen experience is an advantage.
- Must be physically fit and a quick learner.
