Job Description
- Make sure the final products and ingredients are fresh.
- Adhere to recipes, weighing, measuring, and preparing ingredients.
- Present, garnish and arrange final dishes.
- Keeping the workspace tidy and safe is important while handling dishes, utensils, and other items.
- Handle and preserve food and ingredients.
- Make sure to sanitize and clean workspaces, tools, and utensils.
- Arrange workstations with the necessary supplies and tools.
- Make sure the ingredients’ quality and freshness.
- Keep track of the station’s stock levels.
- Run kitchen appliances including fryers, broilers, ovens, and grills.
