Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Coordinator, Health Policy and Service Design. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of health policies and designing new service models.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify health policy issues and formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative service models that meet the needs of our community.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health policies and service designs, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Stay updated on current trends and best practices in health policy and service design.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and support from various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Policy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in health policy development and service design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
