Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Prepares general ledger entries, reconciles accounts.
- Prepares consolidated financial statements.
- Maintains and balances automation system.
- Analyzes information and develops reports.
- Implements accounting procedures and recommends changes.
- Answers accounting and financial queries.
- Protects the organization’s value by maintaining confidentiality.
Key Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of computerized applications.
- Persuasive communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills, planning, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant.
- 2-5 years of accounting experience.
- Willing to travel to Subic or Clark.
- Ability to work on the midshift with occasional overtime.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
