We are currently seeking a highly motivated Corporate Actions Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term basis. As a Corporate Actions Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and processing corporate actions such as dividends, mergers, and acquisitions.
Your main duties will include monitoring corporate event announcements, analyzing the impact on investments, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of corporate actions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail. Previous experience in corporate actions or a related field is preferred.
