Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Medical Science, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Filipino, English
- No work experience required.
- Required Skill(s): Customer Service, good communication
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Healthcare – Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
Brief Job Description:
- Endorsement for Add/delete & monitoring of other deliverables
- LOA issuance
- Card distributions
- Case/availment endorsements
- Benefit & provider inquiry
- Frontline for cases/concerns
- Coordination for VIP access/availments
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Care: 1 year (Preferred)
