Job Description
We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Finance Services Internship. As an intern, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience and learn from professionals in the field of corporate finance.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting financial analysis and modeling for various projects
- Support the team in preparing financial reports and presentations
- Participate in due diligence processes and assist in deal negotiations
- Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of financial strategies
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
