Job Description
The primary role of a Corporate Instructor is to lead internal corporate training sessions and deliver various technical and competency modules.
Qualifications:
- A. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- B. WORK EXPERIENCE / TRAINING REQUIREMENT: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a training role or as a professor/trainer.
- C. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Competence in budget management and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
- Can start as soon as possible.
