Job Summary:
The role leads the design of customer experience for specific products and solutions. It involves managing programs and campaigns across all communication channels, ensuring brand strategy aligns with customer needs to achieve sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a related industry
- Proven experience in customer experience design and program implementation
- Adept in Microsoft Office, with skills in graphic design as a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
