Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse
- With at least 3 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Schedules and implements annual/periodical/special examinations of employees.
- Provides first-aid treatments and medications for sick employees as needed. Maintains all employee’s medical and other similar records.
- Conducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
- Assess employee’s examination results and refer them to an HMO physician for management.
- Keeping up-to-date with the current occupational health legislation.
- Promoting worker productivity by developing and implementing health policies.
- Prepares various health reportorial requirements such as Work Accident/Illness Exposure Data for submission to DOLE.
