Job Description
The Corporate Recruitment Officer is responsible in the end-to-end process of recruitment from management of requisitions to onboarding and placement.
Can you do these?
- Manage all stakeholders in the entire recruitment process primarily the Candidates, Hiring Managers and Vendors
- Facilitate, serve and negotiate job offers
- Conduct positive onboarding experience to new hires
- Manage sourcing and recruitment costs
- Propose, develop, and implement sourcing methods and programs to boost talent/candidate pool
Do you have these?
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
- At least 2 years of solid experience in corporate recruiting and/or headhunting
- Preferably from the industry of professional services such as Advertising/Marketing, Retail, Corporate Sales, and Food Service
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
