Qualifications

• Course in journalism, communications, advertising, marketing or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in-house corporate affairs teams or in creative agencies, specialized in servicing corporate accounts.
• Is a problem-solver and uses strategic thinking and sound logic in developing plans, messaging strategies, and campaigns.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Expert writing and communications skills in both English and Tagalog.
• Demonstrates strong verbal written and presentation skills, including good grammar, spelling, punctuation and attention to detail.
• Skilled in proofreading and editing.
• Is a self-starter and can juggle multiple deadlines while demonstrating flexibility and the ability to organize and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently.
• Develop strategies for ventures within the company portfolio according to communication needs, which can be inclusive of – but not limited to – the following:
• ● Communications plan
• ● Press Releases
• ● Community-building
• ● Executive Thought-Leadership
• ● Reputation protection
• Work with Marketing Leads and Venture Teams in complementing existing efforts, particularly in the following areas:
• ● Content creation
• ● Campaign ideation, and;
• ● Messaging strategies.
• Support the Growth Marketing and Marketing Communications teams in mounting per venture events and engagements that involve multiple ventures.
• Coordination with Globe’s Corporate Communications Group in joint efforts and projects.
• Manage a rich content/editorial calendar alongside Marketing Leads for each Venture.
• Facilitate the writing of compelling evergreen and time-sensitive content for publicity efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
