Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Corporate Salary Loan Department Head. As the head of this department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the corporate salary loan operations.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing loan policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and managing a team of loan officers. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing loan applications, evaluating creditworthiness, and making loan decisions.
To excel in this role, you will need strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. You should have a deep understanding of loan products and services, as well as experience in risk management and loan underwriting.
