Job Description
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Understand client objectives, requirements, and challenges to effectively align our services with their needs.
Project Management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to meet client expectations.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
Account Development and Growth
- Develop account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Present and negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar client-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
