Job Description
Job Summary:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Monitoring sales target and report results to business unit heads.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and events.
- Create quotes and proposals for clients.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisor in deal pursuits.
- Hiring and training of staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business, finance, marketing or any related course
- With at least four (4) years experience in the same field
- With good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience managing and directing a sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb leadership ability
