Job Description
Respond to client inquiries, and request for proposals.
Collaborate with internal support for customer inquiries, processing of orders/billings and to ensure timely delivery of orders and address billing/invoice concerns.
Do periodic account review/account plan to have in-depth understanding of the customer and develop strategic plans tailored to customer goals of growth and expansion thereby maximizing potential revenue.
Suggest strategies to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively.
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports.
