Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Services Officer (Protocol) to join our team. The role of the Corporate Services Officer (Protocol) is crucial in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of various corporate events and diplomatic protocols.

As a Corporate Services Officer (Protocol), you will be responsible for managing the logistics and protocol arrangements for high-profile corporate functions, VIP visits, and official ceremonies. This includes coordinating with external stakeholders, managing invitations, arranging accommodations, and ensuring all necessary protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan corporate events and ceremonies, ensuring adherence to diplomatic protocols and standards.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government officials, diplomatic missions, and corporate partners.
  • Prepare and review official correspondence, briefing notes, and speeches related to corporate events and visits.
  • Ensure the efficient use of company resources by developing and implementing cost-effective protocols and logistical arrangements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of all corporate events.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
