Job Description
Ana’s Breeders Farms, Inc. is in search of a motivated Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist to support the communication, implementation, and assessment of community-oriented initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with community leaders, improve employee welfare programs, and promote positive engagement within the local areas where we operate.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business, or related fields is required.
Work Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in community and public relations is preferred; however, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required: Strong leadership and project management abilities, negotiation skills, critical thinking, and proficiency in MS Office are essential for this position.
Job Type: This is a full-time position with benefits, including company events and opportunities for professional growth.
