Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Trainer to join our growing team. As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of training programs for our employees. Your main responsibility will be to provide comprehensive training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge in specific areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs on various topics such as leadership, communication, sales, and customer service.
- Create training materials including presentations, handouts, and multimedia content to support the training sessions.
- Assess the training needs of different departments and design customized training programs accordingly.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content relevancy and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Corporate Trainer or similar role.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training software.
