Job Description

As a Corporate Training and Development Officer, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees within our organization.

You will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and evaluate training effectiveness. Utilizing a combination of in-person sessions, online modules, and workshops, you will ensure our workforce is equipped with the latest professional development tools.

Key responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, creating engaging learning materials, and measuring the impact of training initiatives through performance evaluations.
