Job Description
- Analyze production costs and variances to ensure accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain product cost standards, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to monitor inventory levels.
- Assist in month-end close process by preparing journal entries and analyzing financial data.
- Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing insights on cost drivers and trends.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA is an advantage
- 3-5 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, standard costing, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, experience in SAP preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
