Job Description

• Managing a fully integrated (A/R, A/P, G/L, sales processing, inventory) accounting system;
• Managing all of the daily financial activities;
• Preparing and evaluating monthly and year-end financial statements;
• Preparing and evaluating the financial budget and helping ensure close integration between organizational plans and budgets;
• Preparing monthly reports as requested as well as design customized reports as needed;
• Prepare audit schedules for external auditors at year end;
• Projecting and managing cash flows;
• Managing customer invoicing, payables, and payroll processing;
• Managing and enforcing credit and collections policies and procedures;
• Developing and implementing internal policies and procedures for all accounting, treasury, investments, and cash management and accounting information systems;
• Enhancing and enforcing internal controls of the organization;
• Ascertaining whether company assets including high-value inventory and consignments are properly accounted for and safeguarded from loss;
• Provide top management and outside entities with financial and statistical information and interpret on the past, present, and projected results of operation and financial condition of the company;
• Analyze variance and prepare financial highlights to Management;
• Control cost by ensuring that all disbursements are within the authorized budget and consistent with the established procedures;
• Managing the inflow and outflow of the company’s opportunity reserves and other investible funds and maximize utilization of funds;
• Ensures that the Company obtain optimum quality, cost, and terms, and all supplies and services are delivered on time;
• Coordinate activities and reconcile transactions with other organizational units and other outside companies;
• Perform financial analysis and other special assignments/projects and other related duties that may be assigned;
• Perform other duties that may be required from time to time.
