- Food and Beverage Costing
- In charge of outlet checking/ stockroom
- Monthly inventory of food/beverage and non-food supplies
- Monitor/ check deliveries of items received in the system
- Variance analysis of actual items vs. system
- Minimize cost and maximize all items received especially for food and beverage items
- Ensure target food and beverage costs are met every month
- Quarterly/semi-annual update of food and beverage costing
- Provide a management cost report every month for each department
- In charge of monitoring stockroom deliveries and issuances
- Direct reporting to finance manager (GM)
