Job Description
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements.
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Prepares estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- A minimum of 2 years experience working as an estimator or quantity surveyor is required
- Strong analytic abilities
- Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and word processing programs
- Understanding of construction documents
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to coordinate and work independently
- Must know the basic functions of CAD, Sketch-up, and plan swift software
- Willing to work at Binan City, Laguna
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
