Your Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to ensure outstanding service.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Use computer skills to navigate systems and provide accurate information.
Needed Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills and computer literacy are a must.
- College undergraduates with at least 1 year of education are welcome. No work experience required.
- High school graduates or senior high school graduates will also be considered.
