Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Counsel (Sovereign & Public Private Partnerships). As a Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and support in relation to sovereign and public-private partnership matters.
Your main responsibilities will include reviewing and negotiating contracts, analyzing legal risks, and providing guidance on regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling legal disputes and assisting in the development and implementation of legal strategies.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in international law and have extensive experience in handling sovereign and public-private partnership issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be required to collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
To be considered for this position, a degree in law is required, and additional qualifications in international law or a related field would be highly advantageous.
